7th Pay Commission Option Form Ready Reckoner For All Grade pay

7th Pay Commission Option Form Ready Reckoner For All Grade pay

Confused with “Form of Option” GOVTEMPDIARY help us you to choose the best option

FORM OF OPTION [See rule 6 (2)] –

There has been a new “Form of Option” which is been floated in Central Government Departments after Gazette Notification and employees are filling their details and handing over to the department.  There has been doubts and queries about which option would be more beneficial and this is leading towards confusion.

Option 1:

Employee agree to get their revised pay structure with effect from 1st January, 2016

Option 2:

  • Employees can hereby elect to continue on Pay Band and Grade Pay of my substantive / officiating post mentioned below until: * the date of my next increment / the date of my subsequent increment raising my pay to Rs. ___________________ / I vacate or cease to draw pay in the existing pay structure / the date of my promotion/upgradation to the post of _______________________.

We hereby listed down the best benefit option based on the next increment in the below table.  Employee can choose wisely from the below table and apply the same while submitting the “Form of Option”

If you had a promotion cycle between 02-01-2016 to 30-06-2016, we would provide the best option in the coming days.

Also, if there has been any retirement on or before 30-06-2016, you can choose the Option 1 in the “Form of Option” as per rule 6 (2).

Please post your valuable comments and queries, also suggest you to refer Gazette notification for queries.

    7the pay commission

Hello, my basic pay as on 1.1.16 is 16760 (including GP 2800). I got promotion w.e.f 11. 7.16. Shall I fix my pay in 7cpc w.e.f date of my promotion i.e 11.07.16 by foregoing arrears. Some one says those who are promoted on or before 01.07.2016 are only eligible for choosing the option, is it correct.
What will be my basic if I choose pay fixation from 11.07.16 ? pl suggest.

i AM CENTRAL GOVT EMPLOYEE IN THE GRADE PAY OF RS. 2400/-. AS DESIRED BY 7TH CPC. I FILLED THE OPTION FORM AND OPTED FOR JANUARY OPTION AND SUBMITTED THE SAME TO MY DEPARTMENT. BUT AFTER 5 DAYS I AGAIN CHANGED MY OPTION FORM AND CHANGED THE PREFERENCE TO JULY, 2016 AS I FEEL THE SAME IS BENEFICIAL FOR ME.

MY OFFICE CHANGED THE OPTION FORM AS PER JULY OPTION. BUT I CAME TO KNOW THAT I AM ELIGIBLE FOR 4200 GRADE PAY IN WHICH I WILL GET NEW PAY STRUCTURE AND THERE IS NO BENEFIT TO LOSE MY ARREARS. I AGAIN GO TO MY ADMN OFFICE AND REQUESTED THEM TO CHANGE MY OPTION FORM W.E.F JANUARY, 2016. BUT THEY ARE REFUSING TO DO THE SAME AND SAYING IT IS NOT POSSIBLE AS THE PAY HAS BEEN PREPARED BY THEM AND I CANNOT CHANGE MY OPTION. PLEASE GUIDE ME BECAUSE I AM LOSING MY ARREARS WHICH ARE 25000. IS THERE ANY RULE REGARDING CHANGE OF OPTION FORM. I MEAN HOW MUCH TIME I CAN CHANGE THE OPTION FORM. I HAVE WRITTEN TO THEM THAT THIS WILL BE MY FINAL OPTION. BUT STILL THEY ARE REFUSING. PLS SUGGEST.
