Subject: Board level & below Board level posts including Non-unionized supervisors in Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs) – Revision of scales of pay w.e.f. 01.01.2007 — Payment of IDA at revised rates w.e.f. 01.07.2021- regarding

The undersigned is directed to forward herewith the Ministry of Finance, Department of Public Enterprises (DPE) OM No. W-02/0002/2014-DPE(WC)-GL-11/2021 dated 02.08.2021 on the above cited subject with regard to increase in IDA from 159.9% to 170.5% w.e.f. 01.07.2021. The same may be implemented in respect of Board level and below Board level executives and Non-executive employees drawing pay in IDA pay scales (2007) revised w.e.f. 01.01.2007.

2. The increase subsumes the additional instalments arising on 01.10.2020, 01.01.2021 and 01.04.2021. The rate of Dearness Allowance for the period from 01.10.2020 till 30.06.2021 shall remain at 159.9%.

3. This is issued with the approval of competent authority.
