Sub: Revision of flat rate of licence fee (standard Rent) for residential accommodation all Indian Railways w.e.f. 01.07.2020.
Ref: Board’s Letter No. F(X)I-2002/11/2 dated 05.11.2020.
Please refer letter under reference regarding the flat rates of licence fee (Standard Rent) for residential accommodation all over Indian Railways effective from 01.07.2020. Para-2 of the letter may please be read as under
“The revised rates which were due w.e.f. 01.07.2020 will be effective from 01.07.2020. Further, revised rate as on 01.07.2020 will now be the fresh base for 10% increase per year for subsequent years, in terms of Board’s letter of even number dated 11.03.2019”.
2. Other provisions mentioned in letter dated 05.11.2020 shall remain unchanged.
