Licence Fee Revision- Standard Rent for Residential Accommodation on Indian Railways w.e.f. 01.07.2023 -min

The Indian Railway Ministry has announced a revision in the flat rate of Licence Fee (Standard Rent) for railway residential properties, effective from July 1, 2023. This update follows a previous revision in July 2020. The revised rates, detailed in Annexure-A, apply to all railway residential accommodations, excluding sub-standard ones. Immediate implementation of these changes has been directed.
