Subject: Monitoring of the implementation of reservation policy for ESM in Central Government Ministries/Departments, Banks, PSUs and CPMFs – designation of DGR as the Nodal Agency – Regarding.

Reference is invited to the letter of even number dated 04.06.2014 vide which all Ministries/Departments were requested to furnish information in respect of the reservation policy for ex-servicemen in Central Government Ministries/Departments, Banks, PSUs and CPMFs as per a proforma enclosed therewith.

2 In order to facilitate collection and complication of data by Directorate General Resettlement (DGR), which is the designated nodal agency, it is requested that the requisite information may be sent invariably through e-mail at the address snrdgr@desw.gov.in. The proforma has now been suitably modified to capture the data, as per the existing policy. Further, separate proformae have been prepared for Central Govt. Ministries, Banks & PSUs (PROFORMA-I) and for Central Para Military Forces (PROFORMA-II).

3 It is further requested that the information required for monitoring the reservation policy for ex-servicemen may be provided on half-yearly basis. The first report for the period ending 31.12.2013 may be sent to DGR immediately in the revised proforma.

4. All the Ministries/Departments are requested to furnish the required data in respect of all the Subordinate/Attached/Field Offices/Autonomous Bodies under their respective administrative control.
