The Government are pleased to extend the time limit for encashment of HBA allotments 2012-13 so far issued under the h/a "7610-201-98" HBA (NP-V) up to 31.12.2012. All the Heads of Departments and Sanctioning Authorities are instructed to issue individual orders for the purpose and ensure the utilization of the fund before 31.12.2012. The unutilized balance, if any, shall be reported to Finance (HBA) Department before 05.01.2013.
