GREATER NOIDA HOUSING SCHEME
In compliance to the decision of Governing Council, CGEWHO in its 48th meeting held on 15/11/2011, consequent upon the advice of DoPT to give equal opportunity to all the eligible Central Govt. employees appointed on or after 01.01.04 under New Pension Scheme and may not have applied considering themselves as ineligible on the basis of the definition of Central Govt. employees given in the Greater Noida Scheme Brochure of CGEWHO.
Applications for Registration in Greater Noida Housing Scheme are invited ONLY from Central Govt.
Employees in Priority I as mentioned above who are covered under New Pension Scheme, and have joined the service till the last date of receipt of application of registration i.e. 3/3/2011 in the Prescribed format given in the Scheme Brochure within 30 days of release of this advertisement. All applicants (covered under New Pension Scheme) who have applied against the initial advertisement, need not apply afresh.
In view of the above decision and sanction of 275 instead of 150 FAR by GNIDA following amendments may be read in the Greater Noida Housing Scheme Rules/Brochure:-
Para 4 (vii) : For the purpose of CGEWHO, a Central Government Employee is an individual who is appointed by or on behalf of the President of India and whose salary both charged and voted, is debitable to the Consolidated Funds of India, or is under New Pension Scheme, including All India Services officials. However, employees of `State and Union Territory Administration are not included. Further, such Central Govt employees as are eligible under similar organizations like AWHO, AFNHB, IRWO are also NOT included.
Para 8 : TENTATIVE DETAILS OF DWELLING UNITS/FLATS:
GNIDA vide its letter no. Niyo/2012/BP-2836/PA-5055 dated 19/7/2012 has accorded approval in principal towards increase in FAR from 150 to 275. Accordingly approximately 2130 No’s of DU’s of following types shall be built in high rise configuration with provisions of lifts (the details provided are tentative and may vary as per final approval of plans by GNIDA)
