Monitoring of Welfare Measures – EPFO
After a clarification from the Ministry of Home Affairs that services rendered by EPFO, being essential services, are out of the lockdown guidelines and also considering the perception of enhanced risk of EPF employees of being exposed to COVID-19, the Central Staff Welfare Committee (EPF), pro¬actively, increased ex gratia DRF to Rs 10.00 Lakhs in case an EPF employee expires due to COVID¬19.
Rapid Antigen Test of Railway Board Employees – Railways
The test would be conducted from 09:30 AM onwards. To ensure hassle free testing, the information as indicated in Annexure-I may be filled and submitted in duplicate before proceeding for test. The form along with copy of Aadhar Card is to be handed over to the volunteers assisting the testing team.
Functioning of office during the operation of Preventive measures (COVID-19) – PCDA
All Officer In-charges are directed to ensure that there is no pendency of work especially bills/letters in sections for more than one week. It may also be enjoined upon all that in case of pendency of more than 07 working days in case of Bills and letters, work from home would automatically stands cancelled in respect of staff Attendance of staff may be regulated accordingly
Grant of 2nd Financial upgradation under ACP scheme(MACP)
Some complaints & grievances were filed against this grant of 2nd Financial Upgradation under ACP scheme by few individuals. In this connection the matter was again sent to MoD for further scrutiny and examinations.
