withdraw the Work From Home (WFH) operations issued by this Office vide aforesaid OMs dated 08-04-2020 w.e.f. 1.10.2020 except in cases where the PAO’s or DDO’s residence come into a containment zone. Necessary orders in case of such an eventuality would have to be issued by the Pr.CCA /CCA /CA(IC)/ HoD concerned under intimation to O/o the CGA (A&FR Wing and Internal Audit Wing).

Inter-Railway Request Transfer – Hardships being faced by the staff
NOC issued by the receiving Railway should be valid for a period of six months, and if transfer of the employees concerned are not effected within this period, the NOC in such cases should be mandatorily revalidated. The employees should be relieved on transfer only after re-confirming the validity of the NOC.
Cases pending regarding preponement of effective date of MACP Scheme
Hon’ble Tribunals/High Courts are at variance with the extant MACPS guidelines and for the fact that the primary issue of date of effect of MACPS is sub judice before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, this Department is constrained to advise various Ministries/ Departments to either seek review or agitate the matter in higher courts, by challenging such orders.
PFRDA : NPS On-boarding through Online PRAN Generation Module (OPGM)
Opening NPS accounts by POPs through OPGM without photo and signature has been further extended till 31st Dec 2020 The other guidelines regarding opening of NPS account through OPUM remain the same which need to complied by the PoPs as per specified timelines.
Rotation of officials working in Sensitive Posts – Railways
General Managers on their own may also treat any other post not mentioned in the list as “Sensitive” and inform Board Vigilance, as and when need arises in future.
