If any posts have been created after 01.07.2020 under delegated powers or authority, without approval of Department of Expenditure and have not yet been filled, then such posts shall not be filled. If it is deemed absolutely essential to fill them, proposals may be sent for approval of Department of Expenditure.

Ministries/Departments are again requested to expedite their comments/suggestions if any, so that the draft RPR can be finalized by duly incorporating the comments/ suggestions. If no comments, then NIL report may be submitted.
CGA : Timely submission of the cases for approval of voluntary retirement/resignation
To facilitate timely processing of such cases by the field offices a proforma check list has been prepared. All Principal Accounts Offices are requested that, henceforth, the notice for voluntary retirement must reach to this office invariably with the annexed proforma enclosed herewith duly filled in, within ten working days of receipt of the notice for voluntary retirement from the officer concerned
Submission of the letter of undertaking by the pensioner & forwarding it along with e-PPO under the digital environment – CPAO
Many Bank officials have stated that ink-signed letter of understanding is a necessary condition for start of pension and without this; the banks will not be able to start the first pension as any excess payment made to the pensioners can’t be recovered without any legal supporting document.
CGA – Issuance of Annual Statement of GPF Account
All the Pr. CCAs/CCAs/CAs(IC) are , therefore, requested to ensure that codal provisions of GPF prescribed under GPF(CS)Rules 1960 and CAM are scrupulously complied with and annual signed statement of GPF is, invariably, issued to all the GPF subscribers.
