Central autonomous body employee’s Bonus issues
Central autonomous body employees request the Hon’ble Finance Minister’s personal intervention in this case , so that instructions will be issued to all Ministries to restore Bonus to Autonomous body Employees with immediate effect. Action may also be taken to grant arrears of eligible Bonus from 2015 -16 onwards. so the government should fix a date to resolve the long-standing issue of the employees.
Payment of PLB to all eligible non-gazetted Railway employees for 2019-20
Productivity Linked Bonus (PLB) equivalent to 78 (Seventy Eight) days wages without any ceiling on wages for eligibility for the financial year 2019-20 to all eligible non-gazetted Railway employees (excluding all RPF/RPSF personnel). Where, wages exceed Rs.7000/- per month, Productivity Linked Bonus will be calculated as if the ‘wages’ are Rs.7000/- p.m.
Finmin Order: Grant of Non-PLB (ad-hoc bonus) for the year 2019-20 – Important FAQ
grant of Non-Productivity Linked Bonus (Ad-hoc Bonus) equivalent to 30 days emoluments for the accounting year 2019-20 to the Central Government employees in Group ‘C’ and all non-gazetted employees in Group ‘B’, who are not covered by any Productivity Linked Bonus Scheme. The calculation ceiling for payment of ad-hoc Bonus under these orders shall be monthly emoluments of Rs. 7000/-, as revised w.e.f 01/04/2014 vide OM No.7/4/2014-E.III(A), dated 29th August, 2016.
Cabinet approves PLB & non-PLB for 2019-2020
The Union Cabinet chaired by the Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, has given its approval to pay Productivity Linked Bonus (PLB)for the year 2019-2020 to 16.97 lakh non-gazetted employees of commercial establishments like Railways, Posts, Defence, EPFO, ESIC,etc.will be benefitted and the financial implication would be Rs.2,791 crore.
