Central Government hereby declares the Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS), the National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT) and e-Kuber (Core Banking Solution) of the Reserve Bank of India with their associated Infrastructure dependencies installed at the Reserve Bank of India to be protected system for the purpose of the said Act.
