Payment of Productivity Linked Bonus to Non-Gazetted Railway Employees – Railway Order

The Ministry of Railways, Government of India, has issued a notification (RBE No. 1171/ 2023, dated October 19, 2023) regarding the payment of Productivity Linked Bonus (PLB) to non-gazetted Railway employees for the financial year 2022-23. The notification outlines the bonus calculation, eligibility criteria, and the option for subscribers to the State Railway Provident Fund to deposit their bonus. This initiative aims to reward and motivate employees for their hard work and dedication. The disbursement of the bonus is to be made using the same mode as regular salary payments, ensuring timely distribution.
