    • Constitute 8th Central Pay Commission:
    • Remove All Riders/Restrictions on Compassionate Employment Assistance Scheme:

Seven Key Demands:

Annul PFRDA Act, Scrap NPS, Restore OPS:

  • The call to annul the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA) Act.
  • The demand for scrapping the New Pension Scheme (NPS) and the reinstatement of the Old Pension Scheme (OPS).

Regularize Contractual/Outsourced/Daily Waged Employees:

  • The call for the regularization of contractual, outsourced, and daily waged employees.
  • The demand to fill all vacancies in Central/State Government Departments and PSUs urgently.

Stop Privatization/Corporatization and Downsizing:

  • A demand to halt the privatization and corporatization of Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs).
  • A call to stop the downsizing of Government Departments.

Ensure Democratic Trade Union Rights:

  • The demand to ensure democratic trade union rights.
  • The review of derecognition orders for NFPE (National Federation of Postal Employees), AIPEU (All India Postal Employees Union) Group C, and ISROSA (Indian Space Research Organisation Staff Association).

Abandon National Educational Programme:

  • A call to abandon the National Educational Programme.

Constitute 8th Central Pay Commission:

  • The demand for the formation of the 8th Central Pay Commission.
  • The release of pending/impounded Dearness Allowance (DA) and Dearness Relief (DR) for eighteen months (from 1-1-20 to 30-6-21).

Remove All Riders/Restrictions on Compassionate Employment Assistance Scheme:

  • The demand to eliminate all riders and restrictions on the Compassionate Employment Assistance Scheme.
