Fast-Tracking Mutual Transfers- Railway Ministry’s Special Drive

The Indian Ministry of Railways, through RBE No. 106/2023, has issued a directive on 12th September 2023, announcing the launch of a special drive aimed at resolving pending mutual transfer cases among railway personnel.

This initiative follows earlier instructions from the Director General of Human Resources (DG/HR) in December 2022 and the Railway Board in June 2023 to expedite the disposal of such cases. Unfortunately, there has been a lack of feedback on the progress of these special drives.
