CGHS Adopts eHRMS 2.0 from October 1, 2023

The Central Government Health Scheme (CGHS) has announced the implementation of eHRMS 2.0 (Electronic Human Resource Management System) starting from October 1, 2023. This new system will streamline various administrative processes within the department.

Compliance with the implementation is to be reported by the respective eHRMS Nodal Officer of CGHS to the designated authority. This move is aimed at modernizing and streamlining HR and administrative processes within the CGHS department.

Subject: Implementation of eHRMS 2.0 in C.G.H.S.

The undersigned is directed to say that it has been decided to implement eHRMS 2.0 in department from 1st October 2023.

  1. From 1st October 2023, eHRMS 2.0 portal alone shall be used for the following Services:
  • Application for Leave
  • Application for LTC/LTC Advances
  • Application of Private Foreign Visits
  • Joining after leave
  • GPF Advance/Withdrawal
  • House Building Allowance
  • Reimbursement of Newspaper Allowance, Telephone, Child Education Allowance & Medical Reimbursement
  • Resignation/Technical Resignation
  • Voluntary Retirement
  • Lokpal Returns
  • Immovable Property Returns for Group B and C staff of CGHS
  • Intimation of Movable/Immovable Properties
  • Disposal of Movable/Immovable Properties
  • Computer Advance
  1. Compliance report w.r.t. to the implementation is to be sent by the respective eHRMS Nodal Officer of CGHS to US CGHS I (email: v.prasad@nic.in).
