On the 18th of July, 2023, the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances, and Pensions, Department of Personnel and Training, issued a notification in New Delhi, exercising the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 18 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985. The Central Government made further amendments to a previous notification published in the Gazette of India on the 26th of July, 1985. The amendments pertain to the Table in the said notification, with the substitution of certain serial numbers and entries. The notification was issued under [F. NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 18th July, 2023
G.S.R. 520(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 18 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 (13 of 1985), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Personnel and Training, Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances and Pensions published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 610(E), dated the 26th July, 1985, namely :-
In the Table to the said notification, –
(a) for serial number 1 and entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely:-
