The Central Record Office (CRO) of the Military Engineer Services has issued a communication regarding the implementation of SPARSH (System for Pension Administration-Railways, Defence, and Postal Services Help Line) for defence civilian pensioners. The communication specifically addresses the issue of vigilance clearance for Group ‘B’ officers. Despite previous letters on the matter, formations have been failing to submit the required vigilance clearance in a timely manner.

- It is noticed that despite of above referred letters formations are not submitting the Vigilance Clearance in time.
- It is requested that necessary direction May please be issued to al the formations under your AOR to send the Vigilance Clearance duly signed by the Head of the Office through mail to CRO (e-mail ID) : cromes-mes@nic. in) invariably on last day/next working day of superannuation to avoid delay in release of the payment immediately due on account of gratuity & commutation.
