Government of India’s Office of the Additional Director for the Central Government Health Scheme (CGHS), located in Bhopal, has issued an office order regarding the change of name for Mayo Hospital. Mayo Hospital, based in Bhopal, had submitted a letter on 9th May 2023, notifying the office that they have changed their name to “Maan Hospital.”
The hospital provided the necessary documents according to the Ministry’s guidelines, specified in the office order with reference number F.No. S. 11011/08/2022/CGHS (HEC) dated 5th July 2022. The submitted documents have been accepted by the CGHS office, and the hospital’s name in the CGHS records will now be “Maan Hospital” instead of “Mayo Hospital.” The order was signed by Dr. R. S. Rawat, the Additional Director of CGHS Bhopal.

Sub: Change of Name of “Mayo Hospital” as “Maan Hospital” – reg.
Ref: Mayo Hospital, Bhopal’s Letter dated 09.05.2023.
Mayo Hospital, Bhopal has informed this office vide their letter dated 09.05.2023 that the HCO name has been changed as “Maan Hospital” and submitted the required document as per the guidelines given by Ministry vide office order F.No. S. 11011/08/2022/CGHS (HEC) dated 5th July 2022. The documents submitted by the hospital are hereby accepted.
Henceforth the CGHS empanelled “Mayo Hospital” name has been changed as “Maan Hospital” Bhopal in CGHS records.
