The Following office orders were issued regarding the empanelment of a new private healthcare organization (HCO) under CGHS (Central Government Health Scheme) as per the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare’s. The newly empaneled hospital will be in addition to the existing HCOs empaneled under CGHS. The empanelment is valid for 2 years or until the new empanelment of HCOs, whichever comes earlier. The newly empaneled hospitals will be included in the existing list of empaneled healthcare organizations under CGHS as per the terms and conditions of empanelment and MOA signed between CGHS and HCO.

Permit me to express my sincerest THANKS for the charming courtesy being shown by the CGHS Authorities every now and then by announcing various types of additional facilities for the betterment of CGHS beneficiaries. I want to request for the announcement of one more facility for the betterment of Very Senior (80 years & above) beneficiaries who were eligible for Private Ward at the time of 6th pay commission on 01/01/2006 and also they were also eligible for Private Ward as 7th Pay commission on 01/01/2016 but they are forced to carryon for Semi Private Ward which less than their eligibility. Kindly allow these eligible beneficiaries for Private Ward even after taking necessary fees if any. Thanks in advance.
