The Office of the Pr. Chief Commissioner of Income Tax, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana in Hyderabad has issued a letter addressed to all the Heads of Departments/Offices in Andhra Pradesh & Telangana. The letter refers to a communication from the IIRD, CBDT, New Delhi, stating that all officers and officials of the Income Tax Department should register on the iGOT platform (https://igotkarmayogi.gov.in). Those who haven’t registered yet are requested to do so, and those who have registered can set their password or log in with an OTP.
The letter instructs all officers and officials to complete three courses on priority: “Code of Conduct for Government Employees,” “Prevention of Sexual Harassment of Women at the Workplace,” and “Introduction to Emerging Technologies.” The completion certificates, along with officer/official details, are to be forwarded to the Office of the Pr. Chief Commissioner by email (hyderabad.dcit.hq.admin@incometax.gov.in) in the prescribed format. The deadline for submitting the compliance report to the Board is 21.06.2023.

Kindly refer to the above.
- Vide the above referred letter, IIRD, CBDT, New Delhi has informed that all the officers and officials of the Income Tax Department to onboard the iGOT platforn(https://igotkarmayogi gov.in). If any of the officer/official have not onboarded on iGOT platform, it is requested to kindly do so by simply registering themselves on iGOT website for the first time. The users who have already registered can set their password through Forgot password utility or they can simply login with OTP only.
- In this regard, I am directed to request all the officers/officials to participate in the following three courses on priority as per the aforementioned OM issued by DOPT and CBC.
a) Code of Conduct for Government Employers
b) Prevention of Sexual Harassment of Women at the Workplace
c) Introduction to Emerging Technologies
- In this connection, all the officers/officials are requested to complete the courses and HODs/Offices arc requested to (onward the course completion certificates along with the details of the officers/officials in the prescribed format below by email to hyderabad.dcit.hq.admin@incometax.gov.in immediately in the prescribed format below, so as to enable this office to submit Compliance Report to the Board by 21.06.2023.
