The Ministry of Railways in India has released a notice (RBE No.65 / 2023) regarding the interest rate on House Building Advance (HBA) to railway employees from April 1, 2023, to March 31, 2024. The notice refers to the Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs (MoH&UA)’s OM No.I-17015/2(2)/2022/H.III/5 dated 27.03.2023 for the same subject, which is enclosed.
The instructions mentioned in the notice will be applicable to all Indian Railways, Production Units, and Public Sector Undertakings. The Deputy Director Finance (Estt.)-IV of the Railway Board has requested acknowledgment of the notice’s receipt.
