The Ministry of Railways in India has issued a notice (PC-VII No.:207, RBE No.: 60 /2023) to all Zonal Railways and Production Units regarding the revised rate of Dearness Relief to Railway pensioners/family pensioners, effective from 01.01.2023.
The notice is in reference to an Office Memorandum (No. 42/04/2023-P&PW(D)) dated 06.04.2023 from the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions (Department of Pension and Pensioners’ Welfare).
The order will be applicable to Railways as well. The notice has been issued with the concurrence of the Finance Directorate of the Ministry of Railways. A Hindi version of the notice is also attached.

This order shall apply mutatis mutandis on Railways also.
