Impact of Revival of Deemed Abolished Posts on IPoS

The Indian Ministry of Communications’ Department of Posts has issued a memorandum, No. 19/I/2023-SPG-DOP, requesting information on the revival of deemed abolished posts. The Department of Expenditure has requested proposals for the revival of these posts, and the memorandum requests information on Senior Time Scale (STS) and Junior Time Scale (JTS) of Indian postal Group service (IPoS), Group ‘A’ and postal Service (PS), Group ‘B’ (Gazetted) formats cadres. All Chief Postmasters General, the Director of RAKNPA Ghaziabad, and Directors of all Postal Training Centres have been instructed to furnish the required information by email no later than February 28, 2023. Hemant Kumar, Assistant Director General (SPG), signed the memorandum.

Thus, it is requested to furnish requisite information in respect of Senior Time Scale (STS) and Junior Time scale (JTS) of Indian postal Group service (IPoS), Group ‘A’ and postal Service (PS), Group ‘B’ (Gazetted) formats cadres as per enclosed through e-mail at dopspg@gmail.com latest by 28.02.2023.
