Simplifying the Process of Compassionate Appointments in DOP

The Ministry of Communications, Department of Posts in India has modified the Relative Merit Points System (RMPS) and procedure for compassionate appointments in the Department of Posts. The modified procedure will be applicable for cases considered by CRC for the vacancy year 2022 and onwards. This information has been circulated to all offices under their administrative control for dealing with requests/applications seeking appointment on compassionate grounds.
