Removal of Human Care Medical Charitable Trust from CGHS Panel

The Office of the Additional Director, CGHS (HQ), CGHS Bhawan, New Delhi has issued a corrigendum on February 8, 2023, regarding the exit of Human Care Medical Charitable Trust (Manipal Hospital) in Sector-6, Dwarka, Delhi 110075 from the CGHS Delhi/NCR empanelled list. The corrigendum modifies the previous order of December 16, 2022, stating that the CGHS beneficiaries already being treated in the hospital before the issue of the order will continue to receive treatment at CGHS rates until the completion of their treatment. Their bills are to be submitted to the National Health Authority/concerned department with justification for consideration and payment. The rest of the contents of the previous order remain unchanged.

CORRIGENDUM

Sub: Exit from CGHS panel in respect of Human Care Medical Charitable Trust (Manipal Hospital), Adjoining MTNL Building, Sector-6, Dwarka, Delhi 110075 from CGHS Delhi/NCR empanelled list-reg.

In partial modification of this office order of even No. dated 16.12.2022, wherein it is stated that the CGHS beneficiaries already being treated in the centre prior to the issue of this order shall however continued to be provided treatment at CGHS rates till completion of their treatment and their bills are to be submitted to National Health Authority/concerned department, as the case may be, with justification for consideration and payment. This may be read as:

“the CGHS beneficiaries already admitted in the Hospital prior to the issue of this order shall however continued to be provided treatment at CGHS rates till completion of their treatment and their bills are to be submitted to National Health Authority/concerned department, as the case may be, with justification for consideration and payment”

  1. The other contents of the said order shall remain unchanged.
