Ad-hoc Bonus:
- The ad-hoc bonus is equivalent to 30 days emoluments, subject to a ceiling of Rs. 3,000/-.
- The ad-hoc bonus will be given to all C and D group regular and temporary government employees, employees of local bodies, and aided educational institutions including teachers on regular time scales of pay.
Special Ad-hoc Bonus:
- A special ad-hoc bonus of Rs. 1,000/- will be given to full-time and part-time employees paid from contingencies, employees on consolidated pay/special time scale of pay, and employees in certain programs such as the Nutritious Meal Programme and Integrated Child Development Service.
Calculation:
- The bonus will be calculated based on actual emoluments as of 31st March 2022, with certain conditions and restrictions outlined in the annexure of the order.
Expenditure:
- The expenditure for the bonus will be debited to certain sub-detailed heads under the relevant service head of the department concerned.

சிறப்பு தற்காலிக போனஸ்:
சிறப்பு தற்காலிக போனஸ் ரூ. தற்செயல்களில் இருந்து ஊதியம் பெறும் முழுநேர மற்றும் பகுதி நேர பணியாளர்களுக்கும், ஒருங்கிணைந்த ஊதியம்/சிறப்பு நேர ஊதிய விகிதத்தில் உள்ள பணியாளர்களுக்கும், சத்துணவுத் திட்டம் மற்றும் ஒருங்கிணைந்த குழந்தைகள் மேம்பாட்டு சேவை போன்ற சில திட்டங்களில் பணிபுரியும் பணியாளர்களுக்கும் 1,000/- வழங்கப்படும்.
கணக்கீடு:
ஆர்டரின் இணைப்பில் குறிப்பிட்ட சில நிபந்தனைகள் மற்றும் கட்டுப்பாடுகளுடன், 31 மார்ச் 2022 நிலவரப்படி, உண்மையான ஊதியத்தின் அடிப்படையில் போனஸ் கணக்கிடப்படும்.
