It seems that Government is delaying it, as much as it can so that people may forget about it and it becomes time bar for any legal action
R.Parshad says
When one can expect that the Govt. of India (DoPT) will issue orders for grant of notional increment to pensioners who retired on 30 june and date of increment the following day. Several Courts, including the Hon’ble SC have delivered orders in favour , but probably the Gpvt. is harbouring on the issue . When will that time come and orders issued ? Our requests are of no avail. Only hope is that the Govt. of India led by a very dynamic PM -Shri Modi will listen to our request and come up with orders at the earliest.
Padma says
Yes Sir, What Shri R Paarshad says is 100% right. We may expect favourable Orders Soon. Let me Prey God that this issue should be settled in favour of pensioners.
