Vishwakarma Aarti Overview
According to mythological beliefs, Vishwakarma was born on the date of Ashwin Krishna Paksha. Vishwakarma Puja is on Saturday 17th September. On this day the festival of Vishwakarma Puja will be celebrated in Sarvartha Siddhi Yoga. In the Puranas, Vishwakarma has been described as the presiding deity of instruments. Traders perform this puja in their shops, companies, offices, factories, warehouses, etc. On the day of Shri Vishwakarma, merchants and other laborers worship their machines with full rituals.
According to Vishwakarma Purana, Adi Narayan first created Brahmaji and then Vishwakarma. Lord Vishwakarma is considered the first engineer and architect of the world. On this day, take flowers, Akshat and recite the mantra and sprinkle Akshat all around.
