Sub:- Revision of pension of pre-2016 pensioners/family pensioners as per 7th CPC decision-reg.
The undersigned is directed to refer to the DOP&PW OM No.38/37/2016-P&PW(A) dated 12.05.2017 & dated 6th July, 2017, wherein a consolidated guidelines for revision of the pension/family pension (w.e.f 01.01.2016), in respect of all Central Civil pensioners/family pensioners, who retired/died prior to 01.01.2016 (pre-2016 pensioners), by fixing their pay in the pay matrix recommended by the 7th CPC in the level corresponding to the pay in the pay scale/pay band and the grade pay at which they retired on notional basis, have been issued. For revision of pension /family pension as per these guidelines, some information as per enclosed Annexure are required from the pensioners/family pensioner.
All the pensioners/family pensioners who retired/expired prior to 31/12/2015 from UPSC are requested to furnish the requisite information in the enclosed Annexure together with the following documents to this Section so that revision of pension and family pension, as the case may be, could be done on priority.
Documents need to be attached with Annexure:-
(1) Copyof PPO/revised PPO w.e.f 01.01.1996/01.01.2006
(2) PAN Card
(3) Aadhar Card
(4) Last Pay certificate, if any
