MS Word Shortcut Keys Overview
Shortcut keys are also known as Hotkeys can save you lots of typing time and productivity. It speeds up your work using keyboard commands instead of searching through the menu with your mouse. In Microsoft Word on Windows, use the Ctrl key along with another alphabet key for shortcuts.
- Ctrl + A – Select all contents of the page
- Ctrl + B – Bold highlighted selection
