Loan Waiver List Maharashtra Overview
Maharashtra Mahatma Jyotirao Phule loan waiver scheme has been launched after the formation of the government of Uddhav Thackeray on 21 December. Under this scheme, the loan taken for the crop will be waived by the state government will be waived by the state government till 30 September.

Maharashtra loan waiver process.
- Under this scheme, the loan account of the state’s interested beneficiaries should be linked with the Aadhar card and linked with various executive cooperative societies.
- From March, the lists prepared by banks with Aadhaar card numbers and loan account amounts will be published on notice boards as well as on Chavadi.
- These lists will give a unique identification number to the credit account of the farmer of the state.
- The farmers of the state will have to carry the Unique Identification Number along with their Aadhar card and visit the ‘Aap Sarkar Seva’ center to verify their Aadhaar number and loan amount.
- If the loan amount is sanctioned to the farmers after verification, then the amount of debt relief will be deposited in the loan account as per the rules.
- If there are different views on the loan amount and Aadhaar number of farmers, then it will be presented before the district collector’s committee. The committee will decide and take final action.
Eligibility Creteria
- Applicant farmer must have Aadhar card number.
- The bank officer will only take that person’s thumb impression.
- A government job employee or a farmer who pays income tax cannot take advantage of the scheme.
- The farmer who does not have an account in the bank cannot take advantage of the scheme.
- Former Minister, Former MLA and MP
- Under this scheme, central and state government officers, employees (with monthly salary more than Rs 25,000) (except class IV) will not be given benefits.
- Officers, Employees of the Government of Maharashtra (on monthly salary above Rs.25,000) (Except Class IV)
- The Board of Directors of Cooperative Sugar Factories, Agricultural Produce Market Societies, Cooperative Milk Unions, Civil Cooperative Banks, Cooperative Spinning Mills and officers whose monthly salary is more than Rs 25000. They will not benefit under this scheme.
- Persons receiving monthly pension amount more than 25 thousand rupees of the state will also not be eligible under this scheme.
- Such persons of Maharashtra who pay income tax in addition to agricultural income will not be provided the benefit of this scheme.

Jyotirao Phule Shetkari Karj Mukti Yojana Benefits
- Under this scheme, the state’s farmers will be waived loans up to Rs 2 lakh by the Maharashtra government.
- Short-term crop loans and restructured crop loans will be waived from April 1 to March 31.
- The payment of state government debt relief amount will be directly transferred to the loan account of the beneficiary farmers.
- Crop loans taken by farmers from nationalized, traders, district central cooperative banks, rural banks, various working cooperative societies and restructured crop loans will be waived off.
- The benefit of this scheme will be provided to the small and marginal farmers of the state.

Maharashtra government has not released any official website for loan waiver list on which beneficiary list is available, at this time only Mahatma Jyotirao Phule Karj Mukti list or list can be obtained through nearest public service center.
- Firstly, the applicant has to go to the official website of the scheme.
- After visiting the official website, the home page will open in front of you.
- On this home page, you will see the option of beneficiary list, you have to click on this option.
- After clicking on the option, the next page will open in front of you on the computer screen.
- On this page you have to select your district. After that you have to select your village. Then the beneficiary list will open in front of you on the next page.
