एकच तारा समोर, आणिक पायतळी अंगार,
गर्जा जयजयकार क्रांतीचा गर्जा जयजयकार
कवी कुसुमाग्रज यांनी केलेल्या या आवाहनाचे सार्थक होण्यास 15 ऑगस्ट 1947 चा दिवस उजाडला पक्षी पक्षी पिंजऱ्यातून उडाला. स्वातंत्र्याची रम्या प्रभात झाली. असंख्य बलिदानांचे सार्थक झाले आणि भारताला पारतंत्र्यातून मुक्तता मिळून स्वातंत्र्य मिळाले.
आपल्या भारत देशाला स्वातंत्र्य मिळवून देण्यासाठी ज्या महान नेत्यांनी क्रांतिवीरांनी आपल्या प्राणाचे बलिदान दिले अशा सर्वांना वंदन करून मी माझ्या निबंधाला सुरुवात करत आहे . मित्रांनो ” भा ” या शब्दाचा अर्थ तुम्हाला माहित आहे का ? ” भा ” म्हणजे तेज आणि ” रत ” म्हणजे रममाण झालेला . तेजात रममाण झालेला देश म्हणजे भारत देश होय . आपल्या भारत देशामध्ये सर्व जाती-धर्माचे लोक एकजुटीने राहतात . त्यामुळे आपला देश सर्वधर्मसमभाव असलेला देश म्हणून ओळखला जातो .
भारत माझा देश आहे आणि सारे भारतीय माझे बांधव आहेत अशा प्रतिज्ञा आपण अभिमानाने आणि गर्वाने करतो . ही प्रतिज्ञा आपण आज म्हणू शकतो कारण आपल्या महान नेत्यांनी ,क्रांतिवीरांनी ब्रिटीशांशी लढून आपल्याला स्वातंत्र्य मिळवून दिले.
देशाला स्वातंत्र्य मिळवून देण्यासाठी भारतातील हजारो शूरविरांनी अथक संघर्ष करावा लागला होता.
गूंज रहा है दुनिया में भारत का नगाड़ा,
चमक रहा आसमान में देश का सितारा,
आजादी के दिन आओ मिलकर करें दुआ,
बुलंदी पर लहराता रहे तिरंगा हमारा।
देशातील हजारो शूर वीरांनी देशासाठी प्राणांची आहुती दिली . या अन्यायाच्या व अत्याचाराच्या विरोधात लोकमान्य टिळक ,महात्मा गांधी ,पंडित जवाहलाल नेहरू ,भगतसिंग ,चंद्रशेखर आजाद ,सरदार वल्लभभाई पटेल ,वीर सावरकर ,डॉ. बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर अशा अनेक शूर वीरांनी आपल्या प्राणाचे बलिदान दिले . मंगल पांडे , सुभाष चंद्र बोस , राजगुरू ,सुखदेव , लाला लजपतराय , झाशी ची राणी लक्ष्मीबाई व अनके महिला क्रांतिकारक अश्या हजारो शूर वीरांनी , क्रांतीकारांनी देशासाठी खूप मोठे योगदान आहे. आणि अखेर 15 ऑगस्ट 1947 रोजी भारत देश स्वतंत्र झाला .
