Qurbani Ka Tarika in Urdu
Sacrifice, also known as Qurbani, means slaughter of an animal in the name of Allah on the 10th, 11th or 12th of the Islamic month of Zil Hijjah. The real purpose of qurban is to attain Allah’s consent and to wish to approach Him. A person who sacrifices an animal approaches Allah and attains His consent through it. Sacrifice is also an example of social assistance and solidarity. In general, the poor eat most of the meat of the animals that are sacrificed.
Concept of Qurbani Ka Tarika in English:
Lay the sacrificed animal on the left side with its face facing the kibble, and the slayer should quickly slay it with a sharp knife by placing his right foot on its side.
And read this dua before jabh! “Enni vajjahtu… I turned my face towards the one who created the sky and the earth and I am not in trouble. (Para 7 Surah Anam) Allahumm Laka Vamin’s Bismillahi Allahu Akbar, use the knife as soon as the prayer is over!
If the sacrifice is from your side, then recite this dua after the sacrifice.
Allahumma Takbal Minni Kaam Takbalta Min Khalilik Ibrahima Alaihisalamu wa Habibik Muhammadin Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam!
If you have killed on behalf of the other, then instead of Minnie, say Min Phala! That is, take his name! Means Allahumma Takbbal Min (here take the name of the person from whose side the sacrifice is to be made like- Min Rashid, Min Jameel etc.)
And if the animal is mushtarak (sacrifice of participation)! Means if some people are sacrificing together – camel, buffalo etc., then instead of Phala (Min) take the names of all the participants!
Note If the animal of sacrifice cannot be slaughtered by itself, then get it slaughtered only by a Sunni Sahihul Aqeeda! If the animal of sacrifice is taken away by some bad Aqeeda and Bedin like Wahabi, Deobandi, Gair Muqallid, Qadiani etc., then there will be no sacrifice!
Similarly, do not take part in sacrifice with any bad religion and badin. Otherwise your sacrifice will also go in vain! And the burden of sin will come on the head, that is different! Keep in mind that it is forbidden to give the meat of Qurbani to Kuffar and Mushrikeen.
