Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has started PM Kisan Karj Mafi Yojna 2022 to improve the farmers and make them financially stable. Prime Minister has started this scheme to waive off the loans of farmers, which has been named PM Kisan Karj Mafi Yojana. All eligible candidates can apply for the scheme. To apply you will need its application form. Farmers of the country who have applied in their loan waiver scheme for the loan taken for farming, they have farmer debt relief scheme, then farmers can see their name in PM Kisan Karj Rahat Yojana list.
Eligibility Criteria
- The farmer taking the loan, the bank branch (through which the loan is given) and the land owned by the farmer should be residents of the country.
- The total area of all land owned by small farmers shall not exceed 2 hectares and by marginal farmers shall not exceed 1 hectare.
- Farmers whose crop loans were restructured due to natural calamities as per the guidelines of Reserve Bank of India (RBI) will be covered under this scheme.
- Crop loans taken by farmers for cultivation on land leased by the government, as per revenue records of the government.
