ਇਂਦ੍ਰ ਉਵਾਚ –
ਨਮਸ੍ਤੇਸ੍ਤੁ ਮਹਾਮਾਯੇ ਸ਼੍ਰੀਪੀਠੇ ਸੁਰਪੂਜਿਤੇ ।
ਸ਼ਂਖਚਕ੍ਰ ਗਦਾਹਸ੍ਤੇ ਮਹਾਲਕ੍ਸ਼੍ਮਿ ਨਮੋਸ੍ਤੁ ਤੇ ॥ 1 ॥
ਨਮਸ੍ਤੇ ਗਰੁਡਾਰੂਢੇ ਕੋਲਾਸੁਰ ਭਯਂਕਰਿ ।
ਸਰ੍ਵਪਾਪਹਰੇ ਦੇਵਿ ਮਹਾਲਕ੍ਸ਼੍ਮਿ ਨਮੋਸ੍ਤੁ ਤੇ ॥ 2 ॥
ਸਰ੍ਵਜ੍ਞੇ ਸਰ੍ਵਵਰਦੇ ਸਰ੍ਵ ਦੁਸ਼੍ਟ ਭਯਂਕਰਿ ।
ਸਰ੍ਵਦੁਃਖ ਹਰੇ ਦੇਵਿ ਮਹਾਲਕ੍ਸ਼੍ਮਿ ਨਮੋਸ੍ਤੁ ਤੇ ॥ 3 ॥
ਸਿਦ੍ਧਿ ਬੁਦ੍ਧਿ ਪ੍ਰਦੇ ਦੇਵਿ ਭੁਕ੍ਤਿ ਮੁਕ੍ਤਿ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਯਿਨਿ ।
ਮਂਤ੍ਰ ਮੂਰ੍ਤੇ ਸਦਾ ਦੇਵਿ ਮਹਾਲਕ੍ਸ਼੍ਮਿ ਨਮੋਸ੍ਤੁ ਤੇ ॥ 4 ॥
ਆਦ੍ਯਂਤ ਰਹਿਤੇ ਦੇਵਿ ਆਦਿਸ਼ਕ੍ਤਿ ਮਹੇਸ਼੍ਵਰਿ ।
ਯੋਗਜ੍ਞੇ ਯੋਗ ਸਂਭੂਤੇ ਮਹਾਲਕ੍ਸ਼੍ਮਿ ਨਮੋਸ੍ਤੁ ਤੇ ॥ 5 ॥
ਸ੍ਥੂਲ ਸੂਕ੍ਸ਼੍ਮ ਮਹਾਰੌਦ੍ਰੇ ਮਹਾਸ਼ਕ੍ਤਿ ਮਹੋਦਰੇ ।
ਮਹਾ ਪਾਪ ਹਰੇ ਦੇਵਿ ਮਹਾਲਕ੍ਸ਼੍ਮਿ ਨਮੋਸ੍ਤੁ ਤੇ ॥ 6 ॥
ਪਦ੍ਮਾਸਨ ਸ੍ਥਿਤੇ ਦੇਵਿ ਪਰਬ੍ਰਹ੍ਮ ਸ੍ਵਰੂਪਿਣਿ ।
ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ਿ ਜਗਨ੍ਮਾਤਃ ਮਹਾਲਕ੍ਸ਼੍ਮਿ ਨਮੋਸ੍ਤੁ ਤੇ ॥ 7 ॥
ਸ਼੍ਵੇਤਾਂਬਰਧਰੇ ਦੇਵਿ ਨਾਨਾਲਂਕਾਰ ਭੂਸ਼ਿਤੇ ।
ਜਗਸ੍ਥਿਤੇ ਜਗਨ੍ਮਾਤਃ ਮਹਾਲਕ੍ਸ਼੍ਮਿ ਨਮੋਸ੍ਤੁ ਤੇ ॥ 8 ॥
ਮਹਾਲਕ੍ਸ਼੍ਮਸ਼੍ਟਕਂ ਸ੍ਤੋਤ੍ਰਂ ਯਃ ਪਠੇਦ੍ ਭਕ੍ਤਿਮਾਨ੍ ਨਰਃ ।
ਸਰ੍ਵ ਸਿਦ੍ਧਿ ਮਵਾਪ੍ਨੋਤਿ ਰਾਜ੍ਯਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਪ੍ਨੋਤਿ ਸਰ੍ਵਦਾ ॥
ਏਕਕਾਲੇ ਪਠੇਨ੍ਨਿਤ੍ਯਂ ਮਹਾਪਾਪ ਵਿਨਾਸ਼ਨਮ੍ ।
ਦ੍ਵਿਕਾਲਂ ਯਃ ਪਠੇਨ੍ਨਿਤ੍ਯਂ ਧਨ ਧਾਨ੍ਯ ਸਮਨ੍ਵਿਤਃ ॥
ਤ੍ਰਿਕਾਲਂ ਯਃ ਪਠੇਨ੍ਨਿਤ੍ਯਂ ਮਹਾਸ਼ਤ੍ਰੁ ਵਿਨਾਸ਼ਨਮ੍ ।
ਮਹਾਲਕ੍ਸ਼੍ਮੀ ਰ੍ਭਵੇਨ੍-ਨਿਤ੍ਯਂ ਪ੍ਰਸਨ੍ਨਾ ਵਰਦਾ ਸ਼ੁਭਾ ॥
