‘ATMANIRBHAR BHARAT PACKAGES’
228: MS. S. JOTHIMANI:
Will the Minister of FINANCE be pleased to state:
a) the details of allocations of 20 lakh crore Atmanirbhar Bharat packages, Scheme-wise and Sector- wise;
b) the number of industries benefited through 20 lakh crore Atmanirbhar Bharat packages in the State of Tamil Nadu and Karur Parliamentary Constituency;
c) the number of MSMEs that have availed the Emergency Credit Line by the State;
d) the number of MSMEs that have availed the Emergency Credit Line scheme in Karur, Trichy, Dindigul and Pudukottai districts;
e) the number of registered MSMEs that are ineligible to avail Emergency Credit Line Scheme by the State;
f) whether the Government is planning to extend the scheme to include ineligible MSMEs and if so, the details thereof; and
g) whether the Government is planning to introduce loan subsidies or reduced rate of interests to revive the MSMEs and if so, the details thereof?

(a) to (g): A Statement indicating scheme-wise and sector-wise allocation under Atmanirbhar Bharat packages is at Annexure. The package comprises of several long-term Scheme/Programmes intended to make the country self-reliant and its outcome would be visible over a period of time. As part of the Atmanirbhar Bharat Abhiyaan, an Emergency Credit Line Guarantee Scheme (ECLGS) was introduced in May, 2020 which is being implemented by the National Credit Guarantee Trustee Company Limited (NCGTC). Details of eligible MSMEs that have availed the benefits of the scheme in Tami Nadu and Karur, Trichy, Dindigul and Pudukottai districts is as follows:-
