Madhya Pradesh Shramik Card Form 2022
The Government of Madhya Pradesh provides Labor Card to the labor (labour) of its state. Through which the benefits of many types of services facilities are provided to the workers. Mazdoor card is provided to the laborers working in the unorganized sector. The labor card is made to take advantage of all the welfare schemes run by the government for the laborers in future.
The benefit of Shramik Card is mainly given to the laborers doing construction work. This card is made for people of all castes. Through this card, the government also provides employment to these people when they become unemployed. So that their standard of living can be raised.
Documents Required:
- Aadhar card
- Photocopy of bank passbook
- Job card if you are MNREGA worker
- Ration card
- 90 days working certificate for working under contractor
- Date of Birth Certificate

- Passport size photo
To make Madhya Pradesh Shramik Card, the worker has to fill all types of information in the application form. Also the necessary documents have to be attached. After which you will have to submit it to your nearest Labor Welfare Department office.
