Uttar Pradesh Shaman Yojana Application Form

To reduce the illegal constructions happening under the state by the Government of Uttar Pradesh. In order to conduct the work regularly, the shaman scheme has been started in the state by the Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. In group housing and multi-storey buildings, the rate of mitigation fee has been fixed at 50 percent of the land value on the owner, who is accepted by the UP government, for violating the rules of setback. The applicant can apply for the Samman Yojana till January 2021 for illegal constructions done till July 15, 2021.

• Commercial building Rs.2 per square meter
• Office/Mixed Use Building Rs.1.50 per square meter
• Community Amenities Rs.50 per square meter

Benefits of UP Shaman Yojana

• More than 500 square meters or group housing having 7 or more flats can be legalized by paying a fee. In this only those assets will be eligible whose salary is up to 30 April 2016.
• Basement built on own land can also be legalized through mitigation scheme.
• In lieu of the construction done at the parking lot, the arrangement of parking at a distance of 100 meters will be legalized.
