Shani Amavasya Puja Vidhi

• Take a bath on this day after retiring from all work.
• Wear black clothes.
• After this worship Lord Shani.
• Light a mustard oil lamp in the name of Lord Shani
• Start the puja by worshiping Lord Ganesha.
• Offer flowers first.
• After that apply tilak to them.
• After applying tilak, offer laddus and fruits in the bhog.
• After that offer water.
• After this, do aarti while reciting Shani Chalisa.
• Chant the mantras of Shani Dev Maharaj 21 times at the end of the puja and finally do aarti with camphor.
• Fast for the whole day and conclude the puja by repeating the puja in the evening.
