PM Free Silai Machine Yojana
The Central Government has started the Free Sewing Machine Scheme to make women self-reliant and to provide them self-employment. Under this scheme, the central government will provide sewing machines to those women who are financially poor, whose age is from 20 years to 40 years, and their husband’s income is less than 12 thousand rupees annually. The main objective of PM Free Silai Mashine Yojana is to make economically weaker women empowered and self-reliant. With the help of which you can also take advantage of this scheme and get a free sewing machine.
Eligibility Criteria
- Only economically weaker women will be considered eligible under this scheme.
- The age of women applying under the Free Sewing Machine Scheme 2021 should be 20 to 40 years.
- To motivate the labor women of the country for employment through this scheme.
- Under the Free Silai Machine Yojana 2021-21, the income of the husband of the woman should be less than Rs 12,000.
- Also, widows and disabled women of the country can also take advantage of this scheme.
