MP Sarpanch Chunav Scheme
MP Sarpanch Chunav Form has been released by the Madhya Pradesh State Election Commission from the official website mplocalelection.gov.in or it can be directly downloaded from the link given at the bottom of this page. This form can be used by the applicants who want to be elected as Sarpanch. Elections to three-tier panchayat (village, district and district) can be held before the urban exit in Madhya Pradesh. These elections will be conducted in three phases. The State Election Commission has sent a phased program to the collectors and sought their consent. It was also said that the election of Zilla Panchayat member coming in two development blocks would be ensured on the same day.

- Declaration: Caste Certificate made through online medium, Bail Money, Toilet Related Certificate, Nomination Letter, Format – 4 (Nomination Letter, Format – 4) Affidavit on Stamp of Rs 50 To get Rs 300 and security deposit of Rs 2000 will have to be paid.
- If the security deposit of the candidate is forfeited, then this amount will not be refunded. Overall, the candidates for the post of Pradhan and BDC will have to spend Rs 2300 in nomination.
