Ramayana-Katha According to Hindu scriptures, Lord Rama was a human incarnation of Vishnu. The aim of this incarnation was to lead mankind towards an ideal life in the world of death. In the end Shri Ram killed the demon king Ravana and restored the religion. Ramayana is a very popular epic of ancient India. The original composition of Ramayana was composed by Maharishi Valmiki in Sanskrit language, later Tulsidas composed these verses in Hindi as Ramcharitmanas. In Ramayana, the character qualities of Maryada Purushottam Lord Shri Ram and the victory of good over evil have been discussed in detail. By reading the human values written in Ramayana, Indians look at it with reverence and respect.
Ramayana is the story of King Rama of the Hindu Raghuvansh. It is a part of Smriti, a unique Sanskrit epic written by Adi poet Valmiki. It is also called Adikavya[1] and its author Maharishi Valmiki is also called ‘Adikavi’. Apart from India, Ramlila is also staged grandly in foreign countries. The famous story writer Morari Bapu narrates the parables of Ram Katha in a very interesting manner which is watched by crores of people across the world every day with reverence and devotion.
