Himachal government provides Senior Citizen Card to the senior citizens of the state. Elder Citizen Card is made for people above 60 years of age. The main purpose of making a Senior Citizen Card is that, on behalf of the state government, the government service facility is provided exclusively to the senior citizen. Through which a person above 60 years of age is given exemption in the schemes of the government. And HP Senior Citizen Identity Card also acts as a necessary document to take advantage of social pension.
