Himachal Pradesh Disabled Marriage Grant Scheme Form
Himachal Pradesh government provide financial assistance for marriage to the disabled minority caste people. For which the State Government has started “Disabled Marriage Grant Scheme”. Under this scheme, the HP government provides grant for marriage to disabled, disabled people belonging to Scheduled Castes, (ST), Scheduled Tribes (ST) and Other Backward Classes (OBC) castes.
Under the scheme, the government provides 15 thousand to 20 thousand rupees to the disabled people. The benefit of Viklang Shadi Anudan Yojana will be given to people with more than 40% disabilities. Which will be provided to the applicant in the bank account by the Social Welfare Department.
Eligibility Criteria
- The applicant must be a resident of Himachal Pradesh.
- Applicant should have 40% handicap.
- Disability certificate is also required to apply.
- Disabled husband and wife should have a savings account in the bank.
- Marriage certificate is also mandatory to get marriage grant.
