Subject: Clarification on regularization of absence during COVID-19 pandemic lockdown period – regarding

Department of Personnel and Training OM No. 13020/1/2019-Estt(L) dated 01.03.2021 on the above mentioned subject is being circulated to all Admin Divn/Line Dtes concerned for information and compliance.

2. In view of the ibid DoP&T OM dated 01.03.2021, all the administrative division in MoD are requested to examine cases relating to regularization of absence during COVID-19 lockdown period in the light of DOP&T OM dated 28.07.2020 on the above mentioned subject and the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and Ministry of Home Affairs from time to time.
