Government of India, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pension, Department of Pension & Pensioners’ Welfare OM NO. 18/1/2020-P&PW(H)-III-6786 dated 01.12.2021 on above subject received under HQrs office letter No. 5637/AT-P/Audit & Pension/Vol-VII dated 09.12.2021 is enclosed herewith for immediate implementation of provisions contained in above O.M. mutatis-mutandis to Defence pensioner/family pensioner by the Pension Disbursing Authorities.

2. All Pension Disbursing Authorities are requested to take necessary action as per provisions contained in above OM.
