The National Eligibility Entrance Test, formerly the All India Pre-Medical Test, is the qualifying test for MBBS and BDS programmes in Indian medical and dental colleges. It is conducted by the National Testing Agency. A candidate who wishes to study medical courses needs to have Physics, Chemistry, Biology / Biotechnology as their compulsory subjects in Class 10th and 12th and must have passed these subjects. For the counseling round, candidates need to bring their passing certificates. Marks in Maths won’t be considered during the NEET exam.
The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (Postgraduate) is a qualifying and ranking examination in India, for students who wish to study various postgraduate Doctor of Medicine, Master of Surgery and diploma courses, in government or private medical colleges in the country.
