This scholarship is India’s first of its kind and it aims to financially support the students looking for entrance into one of the most prestigious engineering colleges in the country. This scholarship scheme is only launched for students who are looking to get admission to IIT Kharagpur, India’s Institute of Technology. Interested applicants should submit their application before the deadline. The Government of West Bengal will provide financial help to the student.

This is India’s first, totally nationwide scholarship program for eligible students. Students who are ranked under 100 in all India ranking of JEE advance examination. And the annual income of the parents of the student must be below Rs 200000. 

Eligibility Criteria

1. Students must be Read in class 8 to 12
2. Permanent Resident of West Bengal
3. Annual Family Income not more than Rs- 2.5 Lakh.
4. Students have to Continue their Studies.
