Keeping in a mind a citizen’s grievances is the Rajasthan Government’s priorities, they have launched Rajasthan Sampark Portal where citizens can registered their complaints and find out what happened to them. Apart from this, people can also download the application form in PDF format from Sampark portal for grievance redressal which will help to submit complaints offline.
The state government has also started a helpline number along with the Sampark portal where people can report their problems. The state government has made this contact portal in collaboration with the IT and Communications Department. On which you can register your complaint through any mobile phone or computer sitting at home 24 hours 7 days.
